Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

We require that you call at least 48 hours in advance if cancellation is necessary.

Please text us at 678.662.7741 or email us at info@btivitywellness.com with your name and booking time. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Effective 12/20/2023, we have updated our financial policy for consultations.

Changes:

Consultations are no longer offered as free services. A fee of $99 will be charged for all consultations. The $99 fee will be applied toward your weight management plan should you choose to sign up. We believe this adjustment will enhance the quality of our services and ensure we can continue providing personalized and effective support for your health and wellness goals.
